The space would ideally suit someone qualified to Level 3 Beauty or above, particularly someone with an existing clientele who wants to expand the treatments they can offer without the significant cost of purchasing equipment themselves. It could also be a great opportunity for an aesthetics practitioner looking to diversify their business and offer high-quality, non-invasive face and body treatments alongside their existing services. The arrangement can be tailored depending on the number of days required and the equipment you would like to use. Rent would be inclusive of the clinic space, bills and agreed equipment use.
